These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of the 'JAPAN ROAD TRIP' service provided by Airsapo Inc. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. *Please note that the legally binding version of these Terms of Service is the Japanese version.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the User and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions & Services)
The Service includes Campervan rental reservations (Rental Agreement applies separately), Owner/Host matching services, and the VANTIME community platform.
Article 3 (User Registration)
Users must register and be approved by the Company to use certain features. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration.
Article 4 (Management of User ID & Password)
Users are responsible for managing their accounts. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of the account.
Article 5 (Handling of Content / VANTIME)
Users retain copyright of their posted content but grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use the content for service provision and promotion.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property, disrupt servers, or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 8 (Disclaimers)
The Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the Service. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users in C2C matching services (Owner/Host programs).
Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company's head office is located.
